Meg completed her studies at RMIT and has been a licenced conveyancer since 2019. As Director of Balben Property Transfers, she is committed to maintaining the highest professional standards and staying up to date within the evolving conveyancing industry, ensuring clients receive accurate, timely and practical advice.

Meg leads by example, bringing a high level of organisation, efficiency and attention to detail to every matter. She has a proven ability to manage complex transactions and competing priorities while consistently delivering quality outcomes within required timeframes.

Wendy Lake | Senior Conveyancing Administrator and Office Manager

 

Wendy has been a valued member of the Balben team since 2009. With a previous background in finance, she brings a depth of knowledge and practical insight that complements her extensive experience in conveyancing.

Wendy has developed a comprehensive understanding of the conveyancing process and is well-equipped to guide clients through each stage of their transaction with confidence, efficiency, and professionalism.

Tracey Butt | Senior Conveyancing Administrator Officer

 

Tracey brings a bright, positive, and approachable energy to the Balben team. Her background in finance and customer service is a valuable asset, supporting her ability to deliver efficient and client-focused outcomes.

A competent and reliable member of the team, Tracey is known for her strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Widely regarded as the team’s “settlements guru,” she plays a key role in ensuring matters are managed smoothly and settlements are completed efficiently.

Andrea Murnane | Conveyancing Administrator

 

Andrea is a dedicated Conveyancing Assistant with over 10 years experience in the Legal industry. She knows that buying, selling or transferring a property is a significant milestone, so she focuses on making the legal side of things feel simple and stress-free. With a sharp eye for detail and a knack for meeting tight deadlines, Andrea ensures every file stays on track while keeping our clients informed and supported every step of the way.

Chip | Office Dog

 

Chip the Italian Greyhound is the smallest member of the Balben team, but he certainly makes his presence known. Best described as all bark and no bite, Chip spends his days snoozing under desks, playing with his toys, and enthusiastically accepting shared staff lunches.

Although he can be a little shy when meeting new people, it doesn’t take long for his friendly personality to shine through. Whether curled up in his bed or wandering the office for attention, Chip brings plenty of charm and character to the workplace.

A beloved part of the team, Chip adds warmth, laughter, and a little extra life to the office each day.
